Audrey Marlene Sidlo, 88, of Inverness, Illinois passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on June 14, 2024. Audrey was born January 13, 1936, in Chicago to the late Jerry and Sylvia Kavale, and spent most of her growing up years in a bungalow in Berwyn. She was a wonderful and caring wife, mom, grandma and great-grandma. She was so proud of her 100% Czech heritage and enjoyed cooking Bohemian meals like Pork, Sour Kraut and Dumplings. Everyone will especially miss her delicious turkey gravy which she made every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. In 1977, Audrey and Joe opened up Pace Printing and she handled the bookkeeping, typesetting, and proof reading. She enjoyed working with son, Dave, when he joined the company as a pressman. During that same time, Audrey and Joe started attending Northwest Community Church (now known as Longmeadow Community Church) where they became involved in various ministries and made many close friends.
